Information the app processes
We process the shop domain, store name, currency, time zone, product and variant identifiers, barcodes, product names, prices, compare-at prices and tags needed to manage your promotions. We store promotion dates, previous prices, chosen tags and operation statuses. Shopify authentication sessions may include the installing staff member's identifier, name, email address and account permissions, along with the access tokens required to operate the app.
The app does not request customer profiles, orders or payment card information. Please do not send these details in support requests.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate your store, schedule and restore product prices, manage promotion tags, show promotion history, resolve errors and respond to support requests. Service logs may contain shop domains, request details and errors used to operate and troubleshoot the service.
Service providers
The app exchanges information with Shopify and uses hosting infrastructure to run the application and store its data. Support correspondence is processed through our business email service. We do not sell information collected by the app or use it for advertising profiles.
Retention and deletion
Promotion records and authentication information are retained to provide the service while the app is installed. When the app is uninstalled, stored authentication sessions are removed and pending automated promotions are stopped. When Shopify sends an authenticated shop data deletion request, the app deletes that shop's stored sessions, promotion records and tag records from its application database. Contact us for questions about support correspondence or other data associated with your request.
Your choices
You can view and manage promotions in the app, revoke access by uninstalling it, or contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with your store. We may need to verify that you are authorized to act for the store.
Authentication and security
Authentication is handled through Shopify. The application uses HTTPS and validates Shopify webhook signatures. Access credentials are used to provide authorized functionality and are not displayed publicly.
